i enjoyed the parade. I cheered for the girl scouts. I stood up when the flag passed. I drew the star of the parade- a horse. The rider hid part of the horse’s back, but i did the best i could and colored it later on.
When i looked at the finished painting the next day i was surprised to see how jazzy and young it looked.
So far, i’ve posted three of the four imagegs that will be in color, in booklet form. George and i spent the early morning at a copy shop and at the pig barn gallery show this coming weekend, five different booklets of four images each, will be ready for sale at a very nominal fee. We’re thinking six dollars apiece.
Watch for tomorrow’s blog post, when the final image will be previewed on your computer screen. The final image of four for the Almost All Animals Booklet.
Love that horse Donna, even on his side. I think he reflects how you felt about the parade more than what he looked like. Nice!
Love this horse image, so full of joy and flash. I am enjoying your blog and find your work inspirational in many ways.
